The many children’s events at the Festival delight all ages. The Children’s Farmyard Theater has wonderful puppet shows, singalongs, story times, a magician, a ventriloquist and others. There are craft and play areas, pony rides and a 19th century horse-drawn carousel. One of the most popular attractions is the Children’s Petting Zoo where kids-and adults, can feed and pet the wonderful, tame farm animals. Traditional games are also featured along with a hay maze and the Hex Express-a train fashioned from 55 gallon drums and pulled by a tractor.

New for this year we have more hands-on activities for your children, including making their own puppets, more sing along music, and drawing their own barn stars!
